As of October/November IOC's Bridge Commander fleet dwindled to Hawkeye being MIA for a few months due to Personal Issues. Khan being the BC Vet he is, attempts to gain peace with the Enemy clans of IOC. He is successful with then active Soldiers of Justice under command of Sovereign and Shader on October 24th, 2010.
All diplomacy is thrown down the shitter when NAP was signed with Liberation Armada on October 28th, 2010 without getting proper IG authorization from IOC's active council. The IG's of IOC cancel the NAP's with SoJ and LA and remove Khan from IG position due to the decision.
Khan leaves with Dragonking12 to the Liberation Armada clan at the end of October 2010, IOC IG council decides to re-sign NAP with the Soldiers of Justice.

During the war Combat Arms hit all time records in our clan, fought many clans most not to be seen again. Our clan hit all time records all around during the war! In STO we encountered and ran a clan called TDF off the field of battle into hiding. In Warrock we mounted a total destruction of Ib (Beast clan) which is completely destroyed. We also mounted in Star Trek: Bridge Commander a total destruction of LA (Liberation Armada). They also no longer are around.
We also took over the Bridge Commander world showing once again as Cartman would say "we are there pimps and they are our whores" Also Starfleet has been crippled beyond all repair and other than shadows of 8 years of clanning and a few loyals who hang in for desperation SF also is gone. The war has been in my clan history probably the second or third most successful war in my History.
Falling short to Submit or Die and April Fools war. The idea of war is to motivate and stimulate our members to reach new heights, while we show the internet war who IOC is. We achieved that our clan reached all time records in activity on TS, on XFire, in game, in recruitment and last but not least pwning!
At this point we end this very successful mission to work on things within the clan and prepare for the next great war coming to own you soon! Keep in mind although we are no longer in war we still are a pwning clan we have no interest for allies and can kill at any time if so desired. The official war has ended.

Ten years ago the game Star Trek Bridge Commander was formed, and many of great clans have came and left. Most have perished. During the beginning stages by force I was drawn as a new leader of a new clan to defend myself against great odds. Through the years I have went on from being the underdog of the BC community to becoming the KING. We as a clan have always played the game for one thing the only thing it was made for...War, Fighting and Dominating. It is not only the very nature of the game it is the very nature of men to fight to win. I have had hundreds serve with me. Most have gone on now, many have things in life or went to other games because of the lack of activity in STBC. For years we have done massive wars to stimulate activity and have had some success in doing so. But my brothers if ever there was a time for STBC, the time is now.
It is the Ten Year Anniversary and for those who have stood by awaiting for the days of massive players online. My fellow former and/or current brothers that time is now. We have war at our doors. Clans that have not been very active in STBC are now here to challenge us. I'm calling on all men regardless of your role, regardless of the level of activity the moment we have prayed for, waited for is HERE. I assure you this will be the biggest event in STBC history in 3 years period and may become one of the most historical battles since Submit or Die. The time has come for a ceasefire and if I have to be the better man then so be it. STBC has had its fair share of wars. I know, for I have been in most of them. I'm now calling on all clans for a ceasefire. Let us put our differences behind and try to establish a new direction in STBC. Let us allow those who wish to play without threat or force enjoy what they can in STBC history. SAYTR RUNS LITTLE BOY DD
IOC Intel has reported that SayTR is actually running Little Boy DD while barely tolerating Failmond in the figure head position. The Little Boy DD Weekly Meeting was actually run by SayTR who wouldn't let Failmond get a word in edge-wise. The two *leaders* kept snapping at each other until SayTR finally managed to shut the Little Boy up. Failmond did manage get in a few immature wise cracks as the meeting went on.

HAWKEYE DECLARES WAR ON "LITTLE BOY DD"
Gentlemen after much consideration I have made the first official decision for our clan IOC to go to war. Many here in IOC have no idea what that entails for we have merely just dabbled in war thus far. However in my past many of wars with clans have been fought and they tend to get ugly. Lies, propaganda, pictures, images, phone numbers, addresses, Ddos attacks...All these things I have witnessed in my past.
Now with that said. Armond has decided to not only betray IOC, but betray me and has done so in a very unprofessional manner. He has lied to many of our former members, he has attempted to deceive our current members and attack our website, our teamspeak, etc. He is even attempting to ride on the name of a former clan I led to success in the past. With that said gentlemen, War is among us and yes it will get ugly.
We may lose members, and we may take losses. But as God as my witness I will exhaust all and any means legally (keyword legally) to exploit and or show the internet world who the 14 year old boy Armond truly is. Soon to follow any or all of those who decided to strike our clan. All info gathered will be posted here and also mass emailed to our data base of 4500 members. If it is on the internet then it is public info and will be revealed as thus. Now I understand that the action we are now about to take may be distasteful to some however, understand that the actions taken on us have been as well.

The sad thing is Armond lost a life long friend in me and will never be allowed back in anything I do in gaming. I warned him, he did not make it 30 days. He has been pwnd! We have been working inside his clan for a couple weeks and knew the day was coming soon. To all those who helped in project "Spank the Baby" Cartman, Canadian and a few others...good work guys. You are part of what makes IOC successful. As for remaining members in failed Armond clan they are welcome to return to IOC. However, Cookie also is not welcome. I wish SayTR well, he is in fact a good leader and the only way Armond had any success was due to SayTR's skill. I wish SayTR good luck in gaming and now wish to open relations to SayTR if he is in another clan so we may work on some things together. IOC victory!

THE RETURN
As of November 2011, Hawkeye has decided to shut down all non-essential gaming and focus on the "World of" Series. Building and maintaining World of Tanks and also going into World of Planes and World of Ships as it's main games.

As we are well aware IOC has taken some hits in the recent past, loss of members, cancellation of certain games, and separation of key leaders. Let us not look at this time as a negative but as a positive. IOC has stood the test of time and in our hours of weakness we have always rose to the occasion bigger and better then before. That time is NOW! Operation Repair, Rebuild, Reclaim!!!!!
- Phase One: Repair - Search our ranks find our able members and leaders stream line into a small yet able body with the leadership available.
- Phase Two: Rebuild - Begin to rebuild the ranks of our new restructured system. Fill the smaller able company and or divisions with left over men from falling games and or fallen companies, etc. Return to arms any and all former members of IOC that may have parted, yet wish to return. And then Recruit, recruit, recruit!
- Phase Three: Reclaim our title as the "Greatest Clan on Planet Earth"

HAWKEYE AND CARTMAN ENABLE SUBMIT OR DIE IV: REUNIFY OR DIE AGAINST UG, BUT BACKFIRES.... HORRIBLY
Most of you know already that a group of high ranking WoT members have departed. As Hawkeye has said IOC is not for everyone. Membership is entirely voluntary. Nobody gets paid to be here, and nobody is forced to be here. Members stay because they enjoy the community and become dedicated to it. As I have said many times, personal conflicts are inevitable, and we have our simple rules for dealing with them. Most of the time these rules serve us well.
There are times such as these when members feel they can no longer remain in IOC for their own reasons. They are no longer having fun and no longer feel dedicated. It is their prerogative to depart, despite our efforts to resolve issues. Many times when this happens others who are friends also leave with them, as their friendships are paramount. Then others who see the departures feel like something is wrong with the clan, and they too depart. This has happened before, and will happen again. It is unavoidable in a voluntary community such as this.
IOC has been in existence in one way or another for over 10 years now. We always move forward and we will do so now. As discussed at last night's meeting the positions of DL and VDL shall remain vacant until new leaders emerge. IG's shall cover those responsibilities for now.
New Company Commander positions are as follows:
Alpha: Chris has accepted A2 and is acting Commander until IG can consult with PickledMatt, who had outranked Chris.
Bravo: Annoran has accepted Company Commander and is now B1.
Charlie: Lady will restructure Charlie as per her ongoing role as C1.
Delta: Delta shall remain the place for low tiers and shall be run by IG until a leader emerges.
The leadership now has their usual orders. Recruit, Train and Maintain. Also promote within your companies to recognize members as needed. the 8 rank is for raw recruits only. After One week of activity a new recruit should be promoted to 7. Company Commanders then use your discretion to make further promotions, using the 6-3 ranks with unlimited quantities. There shall always be just one 1 one 2.

EX-IOC MEMBERS RETALIATE AGAINST BLACK OPS OPERATION
It is very sad for me to forward a report from IOC Intel that one of the recent departees betrayed IOC prior to departing. The entire concept of so-called "black-ops" was blown totally out of proportion. On one day last week I made inquiries to several members about potential interest in a black operation. Those inquiries were blown way out of proportion to the point of a massive argument and screaming match, and telling many members in the clan before even discussing it with me, destroying morale and the trust of those who were included.
I made it clear that the particular operation being explored would not go forward due to lack of desire by IOC members. That was not good enough for this particular leader.
This leader threatened to quit if there would be any such operations in the future. I told him IOC has a certain way of doing things and we do not accept ultimatums from members. I agreed we would not do any black ops now but not to try to force a change in IOC culture due to personal disapproval. That key leader accepted the reality that no such operation would proceed now, and in the future would be handled in such a manner not to negatively affect the IOC clan.
All that was not good enough. IOC Intel has now learned that after a full 4 days after this conversation and a return to normal behavior, this so-called honorable leader went to the target of the cancelled black op, in their teamspeak, wearing IOC tags, prior to his resignation, where he alerted the enemy and also told of a mass exodus he himself engineered.
What a terribly sad low moment for a member who was a respected leader and who claimed to hold his honor, loyalty and reputation so dear that simple clan rivalry shenanigans was so insulting to his honor he could not tolerate it.
I am sad to say DSVet betrayed IOC and has left and shame and dishonor. IOC however moves forward in our true style and great history. Quite a sad day.

IOC LOSES MAIN WOT LEADERS DUE TO THE FALLOUT
It is with deep regret that I must leave IOC. I have been with this clan for a long time and have always tried to do my best to make everything I do a success. When I started WoT with Zero's help back on March 16, 2011 it was thought that Tanks would not survive for long. Well I'm glad to say that with help we were able to prove everyone wrong.
I have been through too many mass defections and rebuilds to count. I know that the current leadership will do it's best to rebuild the WoT division to what it is capable of.
As some of you know I now have a family to take care of and a house to take care of and I can no longer live, eat, and sleep IOC. I want to be able to concentrate on my family, the house, and grinding my tanks with out constantly having to deal with clan issues.
Nancy (Lady Jammer) and I both had a long talk and she has been in agreement with my decision. I want to thank the leadership for working with Nancy and I but after all that has transpired as of late I feel, No We feel, that it is best that we both leave IOC on good terms.
Cartman: I have made you commander of IOC Regular and I made Scooter Commander of IOC Alpha. The other IOCs I will delete. Also Don't worry I will not be stealing anyone from the clan. I am an honorable man and will NOT stoop to that level.
Hawkeye: It was a pleasure working with you and I learned a lot from you. But unfortunately with the events that have just transpired I think it's best I go. I agree that members should be pro IOC but they should still be committed to the game they choose to play. Nightkane and DSVet both said at one time that it would be better to have our act together for the game so that other players take notice and ask to join us. I wholeheartedly agree with that statement. I also believe that when an IG and yourself say that the division belongs to the DL and VDL then it should remain that way and not have another IG tell them it's not. Nightkane and DS were both committed to the game and to the clan.

I have some news IOC is stronger now than it has been in years and I couldn't be happier to see the last of the disgruntled fail rage members leave to join the rest of their disgruntled fail brothers. Your lies have been busted all your schemes have been revealed. Don't say what are you talking about the entire truth has been uncovered including the treachery of former trusted IG.
One last piece of advice I suggest you poach one more member Deiaros would make an excellent fail addition to your fail clan.

HAWKEYE REGAINS CONTROL OF IOC
Fear no more I said I would, most doubted I could. However all IOC controls are back in my hands. Cartman is probably scratchin his head, calling all domain hosted companies, trying to reverse my doings but his plea will fall on deaf ears. MANY ORIGINAL VETS RETURN AS IG'S UNDER HAWKEYE AND CARTMAN
As greatness returns and vets who have been impactive come home, we shall move forward. Cartman is reinstated to his former spot of Vice Leader of the clan. My IG are the vets, the Imperial Guards to ensure our culture, our success. To help and assist in any way to support those who bring our games to be. The Division Leader is one of our most vital roles.
Division leaders deserve our full respect, we are to ONLY support them not to override or make choices for them. My IG are like my council, as we move into other games they will be used to ensure our culture to help establish games and support current games. All IG's have made impacts, all bring different qualities to our culture. We do not all need to agree, we do not all need to love each other, we are here to ensure IOC greatness.
All IG deserve there unique respect, they are all here on my call for a reason. Those are Zero, Canadian, Khan. I also plan to bring Shrapnel and Apollo back in this unique role. All these names are known, all have played a part. None are alike hence why each is needed.

Hidden In the history books of clanning there is a secret held that only those who have been around might know, those who have paid attention might realize, and those who pretend its not so known deep down it is the truth. Throughout our clan History we have fought many foe and we have had many of clans spin off of our great success. 99 percent of them no longer exist.
However there has been one which has stood the test of time, one which has had some marginal success as a spin off clan but now as time goes on the truth and reality of why becomes to obvious for even its on members to not realise. United Gamers Clan lead by W2450.
It is no secret he might find success after all he was trained by myself in clanning but he also was taught how to structure and make a clan by witnessing it first hand as one of my Chain of Command. Also let us not forget UG was set up Under my direction as I keep his enemy Cartman busy and distracted with EG we then moved the very best of the best of our clan and with my support to set up UG. It was not formed by W2450 by himself, the rank structure is in fact of my making, the members were of my training and cultivating, the names company, division, etc. All was what he had learned under my command. Yes the puppet (W2450) was in fact set up for success by the puppeteer (myself).
As time went on W2450 had minimal success for although he had learned much being able to implement was still a weakness for after all to copy someone's work will only bring you so far. To truly become sole dependent and be able to lead you will have to evolve to something original of your own hands. W2450 could not do that so in time the marginal success he had started to faulter as he no longer had support. UG was all but dead when the puppet (W2450) come crawling home for advise from his mentor (myself) Once again I lead the way breathed life into his anemic clan. Told him to build a WOT division. Gave him guidance even took in his most successful leader in WOT Flute and taught him how to recruit, train maintain.
He spent weeks with us in TeamSpeak as we trained, grinded, helped in recruiting until UG had a successful WOT division. Now of course the puppet (W2450) wont admit this but I believe Flute has enough honor he might admit to such situations in the beginning of their Wot Division. Well as time passed it was obvious W2450 was like a parasite, he only wanted to feed on a host, he has no real ability to lead or be original. and if one host is not suitable soon he moves to a new host, a new mentor, a new PUPPET MASTER.... And so it is as UG leaches on Havok which did give them direction as W2450 has none.
UG became very successful under HAVOKS lead, Havoks Control, Havoks Direction as UG once thrived under IOC direction in WOT. But Havok has become bored with UG's minimal success and the members of UG are waking up and learning what UG is all about. It is lead by a leaderless member W2450, he is and has always been nothing more then a puppet and only when he finds a puppet master does his clan have success.
The members of UG want a real clan and a real leader. There is unrest in the ranks, members are forming a new clan known as TAG. Some members even are considering leaving UG to become HAVOK. Why be the puppet when you can be the Puppet Master or even start you own, true, original clan. Let the show go on. W2450 will be looking for a new host soon. For his members are departing, And soon his current Puppet master will be done with UG.

Three great Years of IOC and still breaking records
As we reflagged from the Devil Dogs the Imperial Order Clan, we knew we had huge shoes to fill. DD had a 9 year history and had smashed all kind of records from top 100 clans, teamspeak activity, over all membership. Well it is official IOC has now surpassed every record we had in DD. We now go into our fourth year as IOC and in this last week we hit a total activity level in teamspeak of just shy of 100 online at once. Our former record was somewhere around 80. We now also have 3 successful divisions each continuing to grow and the leadership in the last year with Fletcher included has been the most stable and loyal group of guys we have ever had! I look forward to 2014 as we continue to grow. I know clan wars in WOT is important and we have improved and have taken land, we will continue to work on this but we also have 4 in game clans that need to be filled in WOT. Warthunder needs to continue to try to reach 100 active members and Stormfall I have a goal of 80. With that said by end of 2014 we should have somewhere between 500 and 580 total members active in our great clan! Long live The Order!

After careful consideration, many of us have decided to create our own clan... the main reasons are difficulties with leadership and the loss of many good players due to inflexibilities, as well as the structure of the clan. Some questions you may wish to ask yourself are... Am I having fun? Am I improving my game? Is my current clan helping in these areas? Do I feel a camaraderie with those I am with in my clan?. Our Clan looks to do all these things, as well as build unity among it's members, having more clans as allies and building lasting friendships, in clan and with our allies. The game can only be fun if you are having fun and improving while you're doing it.

Its been 11 years of gaming. We owned in Bridge Commander, Halo, CoD, Americas Army, Gunz, Combat Arms and have made huge impact in World of Tanks. In 11 years many great members and leaders have come and gone. But one thing is certain IOC has strived through the years. We have a unique culture and system which has remained the same and will continue to stay that way. There is constant change in the world of online gaming. Games change, clans come and go, members and leaders come and go . It is crucial that we remain true to our culture for it is lasting and ongoing as these changes take place around us. Through the years we have measured our success by growth, longevity and the hopes that as changes take place a few good members get invested in IOC for IOC not for the game we are in at this point in time. We have a few of that core group today. We shall again prevail and we shall do so in true IOC fashion. As it says throughout our website IOC isnt for every one and love it or leave it IOC is here to stay! Long live the order!
